Your right to a refund of a travel product booked on the website is governed by the terms and conditions of the supplier of the travel product (Supplier). You should read the Supplier’s refund policy carefully. Many travel products are non-refundable and Supplier charges or cancellation fees may apply to your particular travel product.

Anta Travel& Tours LLC will only be liable to provide a refund to you to the extent that it actually receives a refund from the relevant Supplier. Where refunds are due to you from a Supplier, Anta Travel& Tours LLC will provide reasonable assistance to you in claiming any refunds from that Supplier. In that situation, Anta Travel& Tours LLC is authorised (but not obliged) to seek such refunds from the Supplier directly and on its own behalf.

Where a refund is applicable, the turnaround time from the date of your request for refund to the date you are provided with your refund is beyond the control of Anta Travel& Tours LLC. Anta Travel& Tours LLC will act diligently to pursue your claim for a refund from a Supplier and promptly remit any refund received from a Supplier in a timely manner.

All requests for change or cancellation of any goods and services purchased on this website must be delivered in writing to the service help address provided at the end of these terms or by email to asurefund@anta.ae, and must be received in both cases, on our working days at least 24 hours before these goods and services are scheduled to be provided. Our offices are open ("working days") from 09:00 to 18:00 United Arab Emirates local time on each day from Saturday to Thursday, except on public holidays and holidays declared for private sector establishments in the United Arab Emirates.

Once reservation for discounted airline tickets has been made and the payment has been provided to us, your reservation CANNOT be changed, and is completely NON-REFUNDABLE, subject to fare basis & airline restrictions. Tickets are completely non-refundable and non-changeable.
